Was Justice Served or Done in Craigvon?

Watch Resitance TV as the host talks to @siobhan1916, @BaldPolitiKs and @SheilaColeman96 about the case, which is now being reviewed by the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

As March approaches, two men known as the Craigavon two will have served 12 years and be entering their 13th year in Maghaberry Prison, after a PSNI officer was shot and killed in Craigavon, County Armagh.

Brendan McConville and John Paul Wootton were convicted under controversial joint enterprise law and the Judge could not ascribe a role to either man. They were tried in a Diplock court with no Jury and only one judge. There is growing concern that a miscarriage of justice has occurred and the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) is currently reviewing the conviction.
